Must have good pay, attractive gals and a competitive, winning team.

Haha.. wat crap. However, all details described are based on true undeniable facts.  I do wonder which type of boss would find these attractive. Instead of the usual boring clean resumes u see everyday.

Dedicated to the Town, Port, Home

Well, It's none other than KLANG!! Yes yes. I've been living here for the past 26 years!! Thus I believe it would be appropriate to dedicate a piece to this hometown of mine.

Hmm... The first and foremost thing that made Klang is rooted to it's function. It houses 2 world class ports Northport and Wesport which handles more than the whopping 6 million TEUs per annum . I have been to both, and it's much alive , you can see stuff going on, moving almost any direction you look. It's just amazing how those gitantic gantry cranes pick up the containers from the trailers so quickly and accurately, The small forklifts zipping around, ppl measuring pallets, prime movers ( 6 tyres)  attached wif trailers (12 tyres)

The whole chain from the factory to port, freight forwarding, haulage, warehouse, loading on to ships, customs, fumigations .. wow.. this town's really alive 24 hours a day.  And if  i'm not mistaken, it's importance as malaysia's port is what keeps this place going.

Food food.. yes!, nothing lacking here. Haha.. I could take you on an eating spree for the whole day wif great tastes. The famous Bak Kut Teh can be found all over the place. Yeah, the chinese in klang just love this stuff and most have it at  least twice a month la..so common. So far i've tasted and can recommend bak kut teh, prawn mee + other noodles, chendul + pulut, pan mee, pai kut ong rice,  Seafood, porridge wif slices of pumpkins + fried mini fishes.
( chicken rice in klang is almost always served with  thick black soy sauce!!.. hehe.. yet to find another place that does the same)

Shopping. Hmm.. here we've got Tesco , Giant  close to each other. Alot of klang ppl go to Jaya Jusco Bukit Raja too, since it has a TGV cinema as well.  No really big super shopping mall but hey.. Midvalley, Subang and KayEl's pretty close to us too. So it's not bad really. There's even a Jalan India filled with indian shops that get's pretty buzy once deepavali comes around.

The people.. Pretty mix  alot of chinese and indians majority here  I would consider. Most of the chinese here are Hokkien, teochew and converse mainly in Hokkien dialects and mandarin. Well yeah, klang has it' share of gangsters and ruffians ( mostly known is in the Pandamaran area lar)

What to lookout for :(
The heavy lorries, prime movers, trailers which is are a common sight here. Try not to follow so close cause they fling tiny stones, may make sudden dangerous turns, have malfunctioned brake lights, even a layer of tyre  flying off.

Also around the port klang area, watch out for wood, metal, many many portholes.. It's a pity to use an expensive car to work in the port area so don't.

At this moment, they are building a flyover in front of chiliung , jalan raja muda mus  which causes bad jams.irritating really.

The public library is a sad sad case la.Looks like haven't changed for the past 20 years.!!

what to lookout for  :)
It's a great place to source for Tyres and Aftermarket RIMS!! Yay!!.. there are many around town and i've seen that they have great prices. often cheaper than kl,sunway or puchong. (but sheesh.. no money, so i'm still on stock wheels)

The happening place is now at Bukit Tinggi where you can find modern 'kopi tiam's', up to date makan places ( not the ulu ulu one's), food courts, car showrooms, furniture centers, GIANT!.

    The bak kut teh lar..

Well.. tired of typing liow. .. chowz...

tour of hades?

Informative, thought provoking, surprising yet calming  read. Go easy for those faint hearted or the TOO imaginative type..

It tells a story of a man named Yang Sheng and his guided tour of Hades. He tours Hades and endures the journey in order to write a book which will teach and save living beings.

I have read the  paper book of this story. So here's a place I found  that has the online version.

http://eng.mindcyber.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=category&sectionid=1&id=17&Itemid=36&limit=50&limitstart=50

Hmm..the repeated main message in te text basically is please do more good deeds :).

universe complaint to " "

First thing, I don't even want to ask why I am here. Cause I bet i didn't request to be put into this mess. I probably got cheated by some "    " else and end up to be entertainment for  this "  "  perhaps.

Reincarnation supposed to be true. Seems they have proof of a reincarnated young kid who could remember accurate details of another deceased person ( kid's past life)  thousands of KM away.  It seems that even thought the physical body dies.. the memories of actions, events are still with the soul.

We do mistakes in current life, it creates bad karma, do good get good karma. This bad, good  karma then influences directly our next life. But then how many of us actually remember past lives? So if we don't remember the mistakes in past life, then we are very prone to make the same mistakes again, which seems like being cheated la.  if " " really want people to free themselves, then " " should have designed ppl to somehow remember what they did before.

On the other hand.. would past good or bad memories stop us from going on? We create rules based on past experiences. Like this action has this bad result, and since i don't want bad results, i remember not to do this action again.  But since the whole system is in motion, that rule we made up could  become obsolete without we ever realizing it. So it could be better to start with a clean sheet every time.

The good thing about reincarnation.. You have a recurring chance to get better do more good, until you reach so called Enlightenment to get out of the reincarnation wheel. Haaha.. would reincarnation spell a boring existance?? I'm there already... Ultimate freedom. soo err.. what next lar? probably get more being into the same enlightenment boat. Then we have more beings who have nothing to do next.

Hey.. could be that these enlightened being at some time got bored.. so they created a world system where suffering occured and  thus can look at the process again to pass their perfect boring time. hahaah..

So move on to a different perspective where there's no reincarnation system. The usual human commits sins  and good deeds for perhaps JUST 70 years of life. Then, some say that they will be ultimately judged and then be punished to hell for ETERNITY Xor enjoy heaven for ETERNITY? I guess that's too cruel Xor too good to be true.  Again " " could have set us up like that for some unknown reason, when " " could have set it in another way.

Heck, still.. sometimes it's great to be in this world, even though it seems we're stuck in some  existence system. We laugh, we cry, we think, we get angry, we taste, we jump. .. Pretty amazing the stuff that could take place.   That's just for 1 being. It's more amazing that infinite of these are going on multiplied by number of beings in existence.

In the end, just live it fully since we're already here! Also, it seems  either way, you'd get more favourable result by doing more good that bad la. Unless more pain equals more fun to you, then going to so called hell is more desirable. But to me, that's just sick.

" " definition:
" " is the entity/ person/ force/ being / object... Well since i don't know what " " is, i don't know which english word best describes " ". But I think " " is the cause of the current situations. Assuming that an event MUST have an action that triggered that event. So if events can happen without an action, then i would have wasted time typing here liow and this " " never existed.  I  would then have no " " to blame :(....

knowledge, ability..

Hmm..looks like "knowledge is power" isn't true. With just infinite knowledge, you're just a storage for knowledge. So the real power actually comes from the application of knowledge.

So do not blame the knowledge, but blame the way of using it. This is probably why, some non graduates may do better in the real world than the graduate students. Cause perhaps those graduates have become just a storage through studying, memorizing  for exams and exams and more exams.

But the non graduates, had to apply what they had in order to survive. No luxury of the book in hand and what to do next. Your life, you decide what to do next. In time this survival skill improves and they become good at it. Perhaps not good to write answers on paper, but good to reproduce results in real life.

It seems to get things done... requires desire and ability.. Well.. yeah can say someone forced you to do something, but it is also that 'someone' who has the desire. Been through the situation where i definitely had the ability to do the task, but it was an unpleasant struggle to complete it, due to the lack of desire to see  the result.

Crap.. i have both of these in my mind. wonder wat's the connection.. Hmm.. so to get things done... requires the desire, ability and knowledge ...  create a drawing requires (desire in the 1st place to want a drawing), Ability(mental ability to visualize, drawing techniques, physical ability to put the paint to canvas), (knowledge of the subject being drawn in order to express the subject as vividly and accurately? in drawing).

Opening your mouth to speak is actually a risk.. People may view highly, but saying the wrong stuff may drop you way down their list. On the other hand..the right words may lift you up higher than even who you think you are.

haha.. so this time, which one did i do? ... :p
September 30

really me who write this? or just me 'at the moment'?

there is no true me, cause everyday I change due to the uniqueness of everyday, every situation, time and the uniqueness of the people I meet.

each of us is like  a ripple of water. Some become big to be a wave..

ripple/wave it never stop moving, not even for a moment.

But sooner or later the ripple or wave will hit land, or maybe just lose all energy. Then once again we all return to the same water to be another new ripple..

Most of us are all unpaid actors. we act out 'ourself' to the people around us. Maybe this is for our protection, safety? Rarely we be who we really are.  But unlike paid actors, we hold the pen to write our own scripts. write carefully...

IT gap

Strange, but I would like things to slow down. Before email, people could take time to make decisions and do things before receiving phone calls or letters. Nowdays with the quick email and sms, decisions have to be made faster with less lead time.  Means more pressure for people, since people now expect the receiver to get and read the mails just as soon as it was sent.  Please la.. even though the medium of communication now just takes an instant to relay messages, a human is still a human.

Another strange thing.  As more people know about IT, they should understand 'it really takes time' to create and develop. Instead, ppl are thinking now how  easy it is to do the IT stuff. Think that complex systems can be completed and usable within such short period of times??   not really true..maybe  even previous systems could be faster to complete, since there had been less expectations last time compared to now.

Who to look at?? hahaa.. The sales persons of  companies has some part to do with that. I've been in that situation as well facing the customer. "how long it takes  to do this?" .. the boss says within days. In the non technical bosses mind, the main thing is to get the business, bear in mind the other competing companies targeting the same customer.

So then wat happens?? the IT person get the order to complete the system within those few days. Funny that the actual spec and requirements of the system hasn't been worked out yet by the bosses and the bosses dare commit a timeline. They just know it will do this and this and this......  still.. .. End up, the IT person analyzes and find that it really takes perhaps 3 WEEKS with this amount of manpower, experience, old reusable code, not to mention the public holidays in between.

This is what  I would call the IT Business  gap. It's a serious problem, since it effects everyone from the customer's customers, customer themselves, bosses, down to the developer themselves.... Pressure from all over, crazy datelines, broken promises with bad feelings.

Who said IT job's were easy life?? hahhaaha....
